Finishing works for the “Sand Dunes” investment
We carried out comprehensive finishing works of common areas (corridors and staircases) as well as turnkey finishing of 30 apartments in a multi-family residential building located at Mickiewicza 47 in Dziwnów.
Finishing works for the Kurkowa Apartments investment
Between September 2021 and June 2022, we completed comprehensive turnkey finishing of 16 apartments together with common areas (corridors and stairwell). The works were carried out in accordance with the interior design project; as the general contractor, we coordinated subcontractors and ensured quality supervision.
Renovation works for LIDL retail facilities
We carried out construction and finishing works for over X LIDL retail facilities across Poland. The scope included comprehensive finishing of buildings in accordance with the chain’s standards, both interior and exterior, as well as execution of accompanying infrastructure.
Comprehensive finishing of common areas in a residential building
We completed comprehensive finishing works of common areas in a multi-family residential building located at 9 Maja 84. The scope included insulation of walls in staircases and corridors, suspended ceilings and drywall structures, plastering and painting, installation of decorative panels, and tiling of balconies.
Comprehensive construction of a semi-detached single-family house
Comprehensive construction of a semi-detached single-family house in Dobra Szczecińska, delivered from foundations to final finishing.
